    Coolstructures' Structural Insulated Metal Panels (SIPs) give contractors, retail and industrial clients unmatched flexibility for a broad range of environmentally-controlled applications, whether it be for walk-in coolers/freezers or cold storage warehousing.  Coolstructures composite wall panels are incredibly strong, lightweight and easy to install. Coolstructures laminating line can manufacture panels in almost any desired length and to each jobs specific tolerance needs.

    Our high-quality Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) cores help us manufacture panels with equally high thermal-efficient properties. Offered in a variety of thicknesses between 2 and 12 inches (5 to 31 cm), our SIPS offer unsurpassed thermal efficiency for the price making this a smart long-term investment. 

    Coolstructures structural insulated panel systems are custom-engineered to meet the most demanding project requirements. Our panels are available in a variety of skins including stainless steel, galvanized steel and aluminum.

    Coolstructures panels are easy to install using a simple "tongue-and-groove" design than reduces thermal bridging(heat loss), which can be prevalent in more complex designs.  Panels simply slide into place and are easily secured to the building’s steel superstructure. In fact, our panels are so strong and secure, they actually enhance the strength and rigidity of the structure.
