Our laminating line can manufacture panels in almost any desired length allowing for easier fabrication of your thermally-efficient container.

    Our high-quality Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) cores deliver outstanding energy-saving and thermal properties in the panels we manufacture.     Coolstructures' panel systems are custom-engineered to meet the most demanding project requirements and are available in many pre-finished skins including stainless steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum.

    Coolstructures’ panels are easy to install, using a simple "tongue-and-groove" design than reduces thermal bridging (heat loss), which can be prevalent in more complex designs.  Panels simply slide into place and are easily secured to the building’s steel superstructure. In fact, Coolstructures' panel systems are so strong and secure, they actually enhance the strength and rigidity of the structure.
